Hong Kong Part 2- Food (or what not to eat)

Anything that lives or once lived anywhere on our planet, can probably be found in Hong Kong.
Whether you want to eat it is your business.

Dim Sum craftsmen

Pigs feet with legs require a thorough wash

Fresh fish everywhere

The art of noodle making

Don't want to mess up the table

Um, so good

A festive afternoon

They're sorting ginseng  from Wisconsin, apparently the best in the world

Some food we liked, others we didn't

Anna asked a lot of questions, I wonder what dinner will look like when we get home.

They say starfish are tasty but you want to dry them first.....

I can't seem to stay away from those pigs feet

There really are so many varieties of everything,
you could probably spend a lifetime sampling, if you were so inclined.

OK, we found the coolest wine lounge on the top of the Peninsula Hotel in Kowloon, but no pigs feet, damn!
